Usher Raymond and pregnant wife Tameka Foster are planning an official wedding ceremony this weekend in Atlanta. As previously mentioned in the scoop, the gathering at the Hamptons home of record exec L.A. Reid was canceled at the last minute on July 28 in favor of a small private gathering days later on August 3. Guests are rumored to be Jermaine Dupri, Janet Jackson, Ashanti, and Diddy. We hear that Raymond, 28, and Foster, 36, are holding the party in Atlanta so that their close relatives and friends can attend.

I really love you and my sister Raven do to, and we were mad somebody snached you up and you got married. But we are cool about it now we just would really love to met you one day.
