The hous was purchased in march 2007 before she left for NY to do play. She got a good deal on it!!!

By the way had you not heard Fannys Mom handles her money and Fanny lives beneath her means that one reason why she dresses so laid back she says she will throw away her money on clothes and from t he time she waon Idol she said so many entertainers get money and thenthey looose it and she and her Mom were not going to allow that to happen to her.

By the way this is her second home by 23 and she also purchased paid in full for her grandmothers church.

She said in her bood she was going to buy a lot of real estate like Oprah. She said Oprah has given her good financial advice and she is running with it.

So don’t worry broke aint happening with Tasia.
