R. KELLY’S child pornography trial has been delayed ONCE AGAIN. It was suppose to commence September 17, 2007, but the Judge who set that date decided yesterday to postpone it once again because the lead prosecutor just had a baby.
The prosecutor, Shauna Boliker, has apparently been ordered by her doctor not to go back to work just yet. There’s no word yet on a new trial date. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for next Monday. As you may recall, R. Kelly is up on 14 charges of child pornography, for allegedly videotaping himself having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
