For the third straight Grand Slam quarterfinal, Justine Henin proved to be the 5-foot-5 obstacle Serena Williams could not get past. No. 1 Henin broke up a possible Williams sister semifinal at the U.S. Open Tuesday night, breaking Serena’s serve three times for her first win ever against her rival on hard courts, 7-6(3) 6-1. “I’ve got to go back and study and figure out how to beat her,” Serena said. “I thought I was going to be able to recover.
