Angie Martinez, New York’s radio personality, was involved in a bad car crash late last week. This happened prior to her first annual Angie Martinez Hair Show and Beauty Expo over the weekend at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom. The Hot 97 star told MTV News that she fell asleep at the wheel and drove over a median before crashing into several cars. A source told our local radio show personality that Chris Brown has been intimate with his manger since she met him at the tender age of 16! And furthermore, he is “madly in love with her.” For those who are not familiar with her, Chris Brown’s manager was the Senior Vice President of A&R at Def Jam when she met the young singer and attempted to sign him. Sixshot reports that T.I.’s Grand Hustle Films will be developing a movie based on the infamous Atlanta drug enterprise, The Black Mafia Family (BMF). Mara Shalhoup, a writer based out of Atlanta whose series of published stories on the BMF in the past 12 months won her a ‘Journalist Of The Year Award’,  recently sold the movie option of her work to Grand Hustle Films and also inked a deal with St. Martin’s Press to write a book on the BMF. Page Six reports that the ex-model, who’s currently dating Djimon Hounsou, was overheard telling a friend she was “ready to get on with life” after her split from Russell Simmons. The two are friendly and civil towards one another. Kimora even threw Russell a birthday party last month at Guastavino and invited his new girlfriend, Porschla Coleman. But she was overheard by the same source saying she invited Coleman that night to meet the “major players” because she “wants this stupid b – - – h to get a clue.” “The exes are all very civil, there’s no negativity,” said Kimora’s rep.

MTV reports that Usher and his wife, Tameka Foster, welcomed a baby boy at 9:30 p.m. Monday night, a representative for the singer has confirmed to MTV News. The baby weighed 7 pounds and 9 ounces.  Usher was with his wife and new son Tuesday (November 27) at an Atlanta hospital, and the family is expected to head home on Wednesday, according to People.com. There is no word on the baby’s name… however, the singer has previously told E! that they were thinking of naming their new bundle of joy, Usher Raymond V.

Foxy Brown was recently released from solitary confinement on good behavior. The rapper was supposed to serve 76 days in “punitive segregation,” locked away for 23 hours a day, but Foxy got out in 40, TMZ reports. (more…)

A college student has been missing for a week, and this city’s police chief says her race is the reason her disappearance hasn’t gotten more attention.

Latasha Norman, was last seen November 13 in one of her classes at Jackson State University. Her car was left on the campus, and the 20-year-old never returned to her dormitory room. (more…)
