Robin Thicke has been told by a doctor to rest his vocal due to an undisclosed vocal ailment. He has been forced to put a hold  on his U.S. tour this week.  “All tour dates must be rescheduled due to doctor-ordered vocal rest until the end of the year,” said a Sunday (11/11) blog posting at Thicke’s MySpace page. “Thank you for your understanding and support.” he says.
