Sad news…talented producer Mannie Fresh found out yesterday that his sister was murdered in her Algiers area home. According to New Orleans local CBS news affiliate WWL-TV, the body of Angela Bryant was discovered Thursday morning in her home in the 1000 block of Farragut Street. Bryant had been shot to death; her two young children, aged two and seven, also in the house at the time of the shooting, did not suffer any physical injuries. Authorities believe Bryant was killed Wednesday evebing between 10 p.m. and midnight after the family enjoyed a dinner together at a local restaurant. Bryant’s husband was out of town at the time of the crime; he returned to New Orleans yesterday. The couple wed only one month ago.
