R&B group Pretty Ricky are searching for a new member to replace the departing Pleasure. I could have sworn they found his replacement already, but I guess it was temporary. The group tells MTV.com that they are actively searching for Pleasure’s replacement however, they require specific qualities. “We want to stay true to the sound,” Baby Blue explained. “We’re a hip-hop and R&B group. The three of us rap, and the fourth member has to be a singer just to keep the music consistent.”  Pleasure has left the group fold to pursue a solo deal with Atlantic Records. “There wasn’t any creative difference,” Baby Blue said to MTV News. “Because we’re a family. Growing up, you get older and want to see what else is out there. It doesn’t mean you’re leaving your family; it’s just exploring other opportunities. We gonna be there and support him 110 percent.”  Pretty Ricky will release a reality series based on their search for a new member to various networks. MORE REALITY SHOWS! AAAAAAAAAAAAH!
