Blige & Jay-Z: Heart of the City Tour, the outing will kick off on March 22 at Miami’s American Airlines Arena before moving on to Baltimore, Philadelphia, Boston and Toronto. Miss Xpose will be there! Only 10 dates have been confirmed so far. However, more performances are expected to be added in the coming weeks. Tickets go on sale for the intial shows on February 15 on livenation.com, but Citi card members will have access to a presale on February 13 through www.privatepass.citi.com.
