As you may recall, in October of 2007, T.I. was arrested on federal gun charges just hours before he was scheduled to perform at the BET Hip Hop Awards by federal authorities. Rumor has it that the Atlanta rapper T.I., aka Clifford Joseph Harris, Jr., has been offered a 15 year prison term plea agreement by federal prosecuting attorney David E. Nahmias on his current weapons charges. WOW! 15 years?
The hip hop star was arrested in a federal sting after his bodyguard-turned-informant, delivered three machine guns and two silencers to the hip-hop rapper, according to a Justice Department statement. This sentence offered to the rap star T.I. may be reduced depending on how the negotiations go with his attorneys.
