Rapper Busta Rhymes was sentenced for two assault cases. The Judge sentenced Busta to 3 years probation and 10 days of community service, for assaulting a fan in August of 2006 as well as his former driver in December of 2006. “Busta is glad to put this behind him and finally get on with his life,” Rhymes’ attorney Scott Leemon said. Additionally, Busta was fined $1,250 dollars and court costs, for driving while intoxicated and with a suspended license. The 35-year-old rapper must enroll in a mandatory drunk driving program. Judge Stephens warned Rhymes: “If you mess up, you’re going to jail.”
