Al Sharpton is on a mission to make a change in light of the Sean Bell verdict. Sharpton brought together a group of protesters in Harlem Saturday and promised to “close this city down” following the acquittals of three police detectives who shot and killed Sean Bell who was to get married the following day. “We strategically know how to stop the city so people stand still and realize that you do not have the right to shoot down unarmed, innocent civilians,” Sharpton told the crowd at his National Action Network office. Gary Coleman got married eight months ago and is already heading to Divorce Court…but it’s not the average divorce court, Coleman and his soon to be ex wifey are going to be on TV’s “Divorce Court”. She episode will air on May 1 and May 2. Judge Lynn Toler will try to mediate the couple and sort through their numerous problems since they tied the knot last year in August. Coleman will also discuss his anger and intimacy issues! LOL! Shannon Price, Coleman’s wife, will be discussing on how their fights get real “UGLY”… “If he doesn’t get his way, he throws a temper tantrum like a five-year-old does,” Price says in the legal transcript. Beef everywhere! As you may know, Washington Wizards star, Deshawn Stevenson, called Lebron James “OVERRATED”. Lebron responded by telling the media that responding to Stevenson’s comments was like “Jay-Z responding to Soulja Boy.” The beef was ongoing for the first three games of the playoffs series. But Lebron James brought in a good friend to back him up. According to the Washington Post, Jay-Z has recorded a track for LeBron aimed at Stevenson and the Wizards. Billy Blanks, the high-energy creator of exercise sensation Tae Bo, has filed for legal separation from his wife of 33 years citing irreconcilable differences, reports People magazine. The couple has an adult son, Billy Jr., and an adopted daughter, Shellie (who appears in most of the Tae Bo DVDs.
Uh Oh! Another beef is brewing. Yung Berg recently dissed Bow Wow on his street single called “Do That There”. His opening lines to Bow Wow: “It’s too late to start writing your rhymes, homie/ we’ve been doing this.” The rapper who’s hit single was “Sexy Lady”, said even 50 Cent is co-signing the beef…Mr. Controversy would co-sign any beef!
