Janet Jackson is about to begin her first North American tour in 7 years. This tour will be to promote her new album “Discipline”. This album has had great success already and is her sixth No. 1 album under her belt.

She mad the announcement this Monday during her appearance on “The Ellen Degeneres Show”.  The U.S.-Canadian “Rock Witchu” tour will begin Sept. 7 in Vancouver, British Columbia, with subsequent dates scheduled for New York and Washington, D.C., according to a rep for the tour’s promoter Live Nation.
Janet also asked that her fans call her message line 323-622-8139 and leave requests for songs to include on the tour.
