WITNESS ADMITS THREESOME WITH R. KELLY AND VICTIM

The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that a witness in R. Kelly’s upcoming child pornography trial will testify that she had a three way sexual encounter with the singer and the allegedly underage girl depicted in a sex tape. Kelly’s lawyers have a big case to defend. The alleged victim will testify that she is NOT the girl in the tape, but the new witness is expected to not only identify the girl in the tape, but testify that she was indeed underage at the time of the recording. Jury selection is scheduled to begin at Chicago’s Cook County Courthouse on Friday. Civil rights activist Najee Ali of Project Hope will lead a protest against Kelly at 8 a.m. Friday outside of the building, located at 2650 S California Ave.

This witness should be charged herself because she engaged in a sexual encounter with a minor, is she not incriminating herself???????
I think she is Ebony…but on top of that…if the girl is denying it’s her, then who does the prosecution even have to back it up at all. If the girl isn’t filing charges, nor the under-age girl’s parents…where is their case? Now we know why it really has taken so long to come to trial. Not that I don’t think R. Kelly is a dirty man…he is a freak for real….just don’t see the case here.
Are they saying that the witness involved in the threesome was also underage or is she just testifying that the girl in the infamous video was underage @ the time? (& she was involved) Cause if she is just testifying, the prosecution must’ve given her a deal..b/c she is definetly incriminating herself…jail-time just to put someone else in jail?..obviously kels paid off the family to keep this silent. -B.
