Halle Berry is taking legal action against the photographers who took pics of her four-month-year old daughter, Nahla Arieal Aubry on her private property. Her attorney said a criminal complaint has been filed and an investigation is under way. The pictures were taken on Halle Berry and her baby while she was hanging out in the backyard of her home.The photos which show Berry holding her daughter, standing near a table in what appears to be a private backyard with Berry’s mother will appear in this week’s issues of In Touch Weekly and Life & Style Weekly.

“The paparazzi have gone too far,” Berry said in a statement to The Associated Press. “I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice, and unless and until she does, I will do everything I can … to keep her out of the public eye,” the statement read.
In addition to pursuing criminal charges against the photographer, Berry is seeking to get the photos removed from the Web. I guess we will have to take down our post too!
