On August 4th, VH1 will premiere its (yet again) new reality series, “I Want To Work For Diddy”. The show reveals 13 contestants competing to land the job of Diddy’s assistant. Each one-hour episode showcases a range of challenges, many based on the real life experiences of Diddy’s previous assistants. In addition to completing these tasks, the applicants must also impress a panel of judges: Executive Vice President of Warner Music Group Kevin Liles, Sean John Marketing Director and former Diddy assistant Capricorn Clark and Diddy’s ultimate henchman, Island Def Jam Chief of staff, Phil Robinson. “I Want To Work For Diddy” debuts on Monday, Aug. 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT!
