It is reported that NBA star Dwayne Wase is facing a lawsuit for breach of contract from former Partners Mark Rodberg and Richard Von Houtman. The two partners assisted Wade in opening his two restaurants, one being in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, however both D. Wade’s Sports Grills shut down in the last couple months.The Plaintiff’s (Rodberg and Von Houtman) said the reason why the restaurants closed is because Wade didn’t fulfill his end of the deal by making the required marketing and promotional appearances on behalf the restaurants. Hip Hop Grows Up, Inc., a non-profit organization guiding youth development, has linked up with Daz Dillinger’s mother and Keyshia Cole’s adopted mother. Both mothers (Dr. Allean Varnado and Dr. Yvonne Cole) are evangelists who minister to children/teens around the country. The main goal of the collaboration is to help youth better prioritize images and words they receive from entertainment, and to greatly enhance the self-esteem within youth. “As an educator, evangelist, singer/songwriter, I am delighted to be a part of Hip Hop Grows Up, Inc. I want to see first above all things, [that] Hip Hop Grows Up Inc, train youth to put God first and His word first and make sure that they know, you want to be able to grow up spiritually and educationally,” Dr. Varnado explained.

Another Season of MTB4 will soon begin. The season will center Day26 and Donnie on tour with Danity Kane as the headliners. The tour is titled the Making the Band Tour. Also, it will follow Donnie’s solo career, while he put the finishing touches on his album, as well as Aubrey as she is targeted in many gossip columns, including a possible affair with singer Jesse McCartney. And guess what, Laurie Ann’s back! I guess Diddy and her put their differences aside. Diddy knows he needs her!  The show is going to air on MTV on August 13, 2008. Check out the Trailer…

It has been confirmed that Former NBA referee Tim Donaghy was sentenced Tuesday in a New York court to 15 months in prison. Donaghy, 41, pleaded guilty last August to conspiracy to engage in wire fraud and transmitting betting information through interstate commerce. The crooked ref admitted to providing inside information on games to bettors. (more…)

Just after we released Whitney Houston’s new track “Like I Never Left” which was leaked on the net yesterday, we get word that she was spotted with her “cuttbuddy” Ray J in LA. The two were pictured softly kissing and holding hands in the back seat of a car just shortly after leaving a club.
