Former rivals Lil Kim and Foxy Brown may be united in court over a new lawsuit filed by book publisher Simon & Schuster. Simon & Schuster filed two separate lawsuits accusing both rappers of failing to deliver books for the company. The lawsuit claims Lil Kim of accepted a $40k advance for an untitled book that was to be finished by 2004. Foxy Brown also pocketed a cool $75k for an autobiography titled Broken Silence, yet neither rapper delivered a finished book to Simon & Schuster. Wow…do you think they intentionally took the money and didn’t deliver the book as promised?
