OMG…It just never ends with this dude. A bench warrant was issued for DMX after he failed to show up for a pre-trial hearing in Arizona. The bond for the rapper has now been raised to $25,000.00 according to press release. The troubled rapper is facing many charges in the state of Arizona where he resides. The charges are from rug possession, animal cruelty, to a wierd case in which the former Ruff Ryder gave a false name to avoid paying a hospital bill.

As you may recall, X was arrested in May of this year for speeding in Arizona. Then arrested for animal cruelty charges. He was then busted in Florida twice, once on driving charges, and a second time for attempting to purchase cocaine from an undercover policeman.
