As previously reported last year, Da Brat was arrested following an altercation at Jermaine Dupri’s Halloween costume party. Da Brat had beat up a waitress who was working the party and she was charged with aggravated assault. Well, according to recent reports, Da Brat has struck a deal with prosecutors and she will turn herself in this week and may be serving a year sentence for the incident. Jeez!
