A bench warrant was issued against DMX in Arizona for drug charges. The rapper was arrested last week, Thursday, while attempting to exit a WAL-MART in Miami, FL. The arrest was a result of skipping his court date which was set for August 12, 2008. Now DMX is in jail under no bond hold status. Despite Cohen’s attempt to get a fugitive bond in the state of Florida for Simmons to return to Arizona to bond out, Judge Lawrence Schwartz upheld the no bond status issued by the State of Arizona. Therefore, DMX may have to stay in jail in Florida until his hearing on October 2. I guess this will help him STAY OUT OF TROUBLE! Jeez….
