Even though Game’s album L.A.X. is doing well since it dropped on Tuesday, Game won’t be celebrating as of yet. The rapper just got charged with criminal battery for attacking his cousin at a funeral earlier this year. As previously reported, Game’s cousin (Robert “Kirky” Kirkwood) filed a police report in July claiming that the Compton rapper punched him at his sister’s funeral.

The altercation pursued all because Kirkwood claimed that Game had agreed to pay half of the bill for his sister’s funeral but stiffed him when it was time to pay up. When he approached Game at the funeral regarding paying up, the rapper punched him the face.

Reports have revealed that Game could be tossed back in jail if he is convicted of the battery charge because he is currently on probation for a firearms offense. DAMN!
