Wal-Mart has been a great asset to my family but that asset came with a trade. Their prices are good enough to keep my pockets heavy after grocery shopping, HOWEVER, I do not like what happens when Wal-Mart puts to many 24 hour stores in one area and completely dries up the other chain stores or mom & pop stores. That is just wrong. Especially the fact that they do not pay their employees enough or give them proper benefits. These days I am proud to say that Wal-Mart is not my first pick when I go grocery shopping. NeoLeo was right, their stores are always dirty and they never have enough registers open. Why isn’t this being talked about on a wider scale?

If that is the case then brining in a union would not be a bad idea for those employees. It will help them with more fair and accurate employee treatment.
