Seems like a lot of American Idol finalists are ringing wedding bells these days. Next up, LaKisha Jones. Remember her? Some of you may not recognize her because Homegirl got her teeth fixed and lost some weight too! Go Ahead Lakisha! I forgot what season she was on…but she sang really good. Well, the Flint, Mich., native is reportedly getting married this weekend to longtime boyfriend Larry Davis. The ceremony is expected to take place in Beverly Hills with an “old Hollywood” theme.

On the guest list are BeBe Winans, who is rumored to be performing, and one of LaKisha’s biggest influences, Chaka Khan. Also expected to appear are friends and fellow Idol finalists Melinda Doolittle and Gina Glocksen. OKAY BIG TYMER!

According to LaKisha’s MySpace page, her status is “ENGAGED.” She also is priming fans for her upcoming Oct. 28 album release.

LaKisha plans to wear an Alfred Angelo strapless gown, Neil Lane diamond earrings, bracelet and necklace, on loan from The Platinum Guild, and Stuart Weitzman shoes adorned with the couple’s initials in Swarovski crystals.

Because the theme is Old Hollywood black and white, both bride and groom will wear white and the bridal party will be dressed in black. Gospel singer BeBe Winans will perform a song in front of guests which will include Chaka Khan and former American Idol contestants Melinda Doolittle and Gina Glocksen.

The couple plans to honeymoon in Barbados.
