A judge granted 50 Cent one weekend visit a month with his son Marquise. The hearing which took less than five minutes took place yesterday. Curtis Jackson didn’t even want to have eye contact with his baby momma during the court hearing. The judge said in addition to the one weekend per month, 50 is allowed to see his son one month in the summer and Marquise will also spend half of his school’s winter and spring breaks with his father. “50 is pleased this has been settled and looks forward to spending some quality time with his son,” the rapper’s attorney Brett Kimmel tells People. “We came to an agreement,” Tompkins told People after the hearing. “Despite my feelings for his father, I want Marquise and his father to have a healthy relationship. That’s what that time is for.”

As previously discussed, 50 Cent and his baby momma have been disputing since the mansion  that 50 Cent bought her in Long Island was burnt down in a fire. Tompkins publicly blamed Jackson for starting the blaze in the midst of his attempts to evict her. The rap artist denied the allegation and in June filed a $20 million defamation lawsuit against her. This is so ugly, I feel bad for the kid!

Do you think the judge was being fair with the one weekend per month? Shouldn’t a father be able to see his child WHENEVER he wants?
