   PERSONALLY I DON’T KNOW THINK IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE LIKE HIS MOM SAID HE VIOLATED HIS PAROLE WHY HASN’T HE GOTTEN FIRED FROM HIS JOB? THEY’RE HOLDING THAT GUY ON THE OFF CHANCE THAT THEY DO FIND SOME EVIDENCE TO LINK HIM TO THE MURDERS. WHICH IS NOT NOT RIGHT EVEN CRIMINAL HAS RIGHTS ALSO.ITS SAD TO SEE WHAT HAPPEN TO HER FAMILY BUT THIS DOESN’T SEEM RIGHT THEY HAVE BEEN HOLDING THAT BOY ALMOST WEEK NOW WITH NO CHARGES COME ON PEOPLE AND NO EVIDENCE LINKING HIM BESIDES THE FACT THAT HE WAS MARRIED TO JENNIFER SISTER.

   Nancy Grace gave Mrs. Balfour a chance to shed light on the positives in her son’s life and all Michelle did was skirt the issue and make her son seem like a victim. If he had nothing to do with the murders then that is the only thing she should have discussed but going off like a lunatic and not answering the questions, did nothing to help her son but in fact mad her seem like an angry black women who goes up to the school to curse the teacher out before she even knows what her child did. She should have took the opportunity of speaking on a high profile news station to show Williams accomplishments, love as a father and a mother’s love and faith in her son.

   she is just angry why she has to be angry black woman she could be white, hispanic or any other race (any one of them could be that parent cursing the teacher before asking what did the kid do)trust me i have seen it before. i guess opinion you would have to be in her shoes.seem to me she want to speak but at the same has so much on her place its different when you’re on the other side of the fence.

   I totally agree w/ Opinions. Mrs. Balfour didn’t articulate herself very well…she was on the defensive right from the start – as all Mothers & Fathers would be. Being a mother myself, I have come to realize that you CAN”T say what your child will or won’t do while they are not in your presence…you generally hope for the best.

   I also understand the law’s side…he has motive, opportunity & access to this house, so until the facts are gathered & his alibi pans out, he SHOULD be held in custody. Its not like they are assuming he is guilty; they have every right under the law to keep him in custody until he is in the clear…1) so he won’t run 2) from public persecution. The police have to find evidence which makes him Guilty & he has to present evidence which makes him Innocent! This is a very heinous crime which isn’t being taken lightly…I feel whomever shot the little boy didn’t want their identity known….:(

   His mother is doing, and acting in her son’s defense as any mother would. However, until the conclusion of the police investigation, I as a mother would not speak to anyone outside my home, about the situation; she can hurt the situation, and at this point damage his image if he indeed is innocent, by pointing fingers at the deceased. To stumble over a simple question like which girlfriend was he with clearly shows she is incapable of conducting productive interviews, which is why I say bad move as a parent. I agree the child was killed to keep quiet about whoever identity it was.

   Personally. I thinks she’z fed up! Whether he did it or not. A Mother Will Go Out tHey Way To Protect! But She’s Digging Her Son In A Whole, By Saying If He Did Do This. I Pray He Didn’t If So She’s Making An Ass Out Of Herself!

   I can’t wait for someone to check that darn Nancy Grace! This mom was on the defensive but what would you expect in this situation. Nancy tried to come a little too strong and she kinda backed the mom down. I just wanted to pop Nancy… Right or wrong she should attempt to understand the mothers point of view. Guilty or Innocent – we don’t know right now. (i think he is guilty,,but)
   And then Nancy showed pictures of her twins. WTH! I’m happy that she has beautiful healthy twins – but considering the death of 7yr old Julian that was a part of the discussion – I think she could have held off for a few commercials or something.

   I agree with Opinions toooo! She was be rude and tried to bring up the fact that J aso Hudson was selling drugs! William was too so the pot can’t call the kettle black! Don’t paint your son out to be an angel when he’s not!

   Opinions is absolutely right…but I have yet to read any comments of the fact that the mother of Balfour mentioned he turned himself in…(my question is why would he turn himself in??? If he claims he’s innocent and had nothing to do with any of the 3 deaths….) Then she mentions Balfour states that the police allegedly put illegall drugs in the car to make him a suspect, but the mother says she know for a fact in was Julia who done this to him to make him look guilty….This is not adding up to any sense with the interview of what the mother of the suspect says…if he believed her mother of Julia of course he could have sent for their deaths….Im 18 yrs old and I believe that I should major as a crime investigator…than nursing because I have a mind as an awesome detective…
