The Spirit of Life Award ceremony took place last night. Doug Morris, chairman and CEO of Universal Music Group, was honored with the Spirit of Life Award by the City of Hope’s Music and Entertainment Industry Group in Santa Monica, CA. Jay-Z, Rihanna, Toni Braxton, Akon, Robin Thicke, Lil Jon, Duffy, Gwen Stefani, and Sheryl Crow were among the guests who came to show their support.  Check out the pics:
