“Celebrity Gossip and Entertainment industry news”
Who watched the debate last night between our two presidential candidates? Obama was poised and confident and seem to address his greatest challange regarding foreign policy. “Now Senator McCain suggests that somehow, you know, I’m green behind the ears and I’m just spouting off, and he’s somber and responsible,” Obama said as McCain laughed and said: “Thank you very much.”
Both went back and forth on various issues…Let us know what your thoughts regarding the debate last night.
If you missed it, check it out here:
One of the most offensive moments to me was the fact that McCain was unwilling to say Obama’s name, referring to him as “That one” while debating a vote on an energy bill.
In related news, during a Palin Rally earlier this week, some of the Republican supporters displayed cynical hate for Senator Obama…Its so sad to see that racism and hatred still exist. At a McCain rally on Monday, television stations caught audio of a crowd member calling Obama a “terrorist,” while Dana Milbank reported that “[o]ne Palin supporter shouted a racial epithet at an African American sound man for a network and told him, ‘Sit down, boy.’” Also on Monday, at a Palin rally, one member of the audience yelled, “Kill him!” This is so sad and disturbing!

hands down Obama won the debate, everything he was talking about he is really going to do,once he becomes president he going to do what he said he going to do,and McCain he just saying stuff that he knows what we want to hear and what the ppl that are going to vote for him want to hear, but IF he becomes president , which lord im hoping he isn’t he going to turn his words around and do the opposite, and i didnt like how the man terry i think that was his name, was always cutting Obama off when he was talking, but not once cut OFF McCain,i dont know if i was the only one that saw that. but OBAMA for prez
I think Obama started off slow. He didn’t seem comfortable in that town hall setting. But midway through he caught a second wind and took charge. Obama all the way!
McCain seemed very comfortable but he didnt provide answers that made me think that I should vote against Obama. McCain, like MaMa KAT posted above, said everything that he thought the people wanted to hear that would make him look good. Hopefully America is much to wise to be fooled into voting for McCain.
That “THAT ONE” comment still got me fumin’…..You’d have to be a complete fool not to feel the racial overtones in that damn statement….
