Check out the movie still pics from the Cadillac Records movie starring Beyonce (as Etta James), Mos Def, Gabrielle Union. The pictures were recently released. Exploring the 1950s musical era, the film chronicles the life of the influential Chicago-based record-company executive Leonard Chess (Adrien Brody), and the singers who recorded for Chess Records. Beyonce, 27, who also serves as executive producer, stars as the legendary blues singer Etta James. Cadillac Records opens in theaters everywhere on Friday, December 5.

i’m kinda skeptical as to whether mrs carter can pull this off or not. hopefully she won’t want to make etta turn and moan in her grave. i got my fingers crossed. and mos def looks quite ridiculous, lol
Mos Def is cracking me up.. The movie looks a lil suspect.. Time will tell..
i love beyonce and all but when is this streak of singing movies gonna end.
she needs to step out of the box and be something shes not,maybe lika a struggling single mom,or a drug addict or anything.
Yea i would see this movie…i luv watching movies like dis…dreamgirls was really good too
