Terrence Howard is having some real bad luck this month. He just learned that his role on Iron Man 2 was given to Don Cheadle…and now he finds out he is being sued for allegedly assaulting someone.
The NY Post reports that Composer Andrew “Tex” Allen (Debbie Allen’s brother) is claiming that he was beaten up by Howard last winter while working together in Broadway’s Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Tex is sueing Howard for $5 million in damages, according to the lawsuit. The lawsuit says that Howard stepped to him on Jan. 24 at about 2:30 p.m. as he was sitting at the piano inside of Walter Kerr Theatre. Tex claims that Howard punched him repeatedly in the face and head. The lawsuit does not state the reason for the alleged confrontation. CRAZY! LOL!
