Damon Dash must really have nothing better to do since he is broke and pratically unemployed. Jay-Z’s former business partner, Damon Dash, is speaking out in the December issue of Complex Magazine saying that Kanye West “hated Jay-Z.”

Dash tells Complex that the bad feelings began during a 2003 concert in Chicago where Jay-Z was supposed to “knight” Kanye with a brand new chain as a means to welcome him into the Roc-A-Fella family.

“This n- [Kanye ] was like, ‘Wow. [Jay-Z] ain’t going to give me the chain,’” Dash claims in December’s Complex magazine. “I had to take off my chain and give it to him, and I was heated. I had the real canary diamonds. That s- cost $40,000! I told Kanye, ‘Yo, you got to give that back when we get off this stage!’”

Mr. Dash insists that after Jay-Z violated the code of hip-hop chivalry, “Kanye hated Jay-Z.” A representative for Kanye West tells the New York Daily News that this allegation is “ridiculous and totally false.”

Dame apparently fabricated the story to promote his latest protégé, rapper Jim Jones. “This is sad,” says one source. “Damon does this every time he’s promoting an artist. He just makes things up.”
