Usher’s mother is in trouble! LOL! She is being investigated by Dekalb County police because a driver for her Atlanta-based transportation company filed a complaint saying that she owes him $1,688.00 from a missing paycheck. TMZ reports that Jonetta Patton and her company JCarr Transportation are accused of scamming the limo driver while he worked during the recent BET Hip Hop Awards.

A rep for Jonetta’s company released a statement saying “The drivers were hired as independent contractors and are paid 30-45 days net when working on special events of the magnitude of the BET Hip Hop Awards that took place on Oct. 18th. They were hired at the recommendation of an employee who was recently terminated by JCarr and are disgruntled that their services are no longer being used by the company as a result of the unprofessional nature of the fired employee.”      

TMZ reports that Patton is trying to keep the case quiet, but Dekalf are actively pursuing the case! LOL! Give that man his money, we goin thru some hard times!
