I love my people! LOL! So how about Michelle Obama is being ambushed by all these hairdressers in the DC area who want to be the First Lady’s “personal hairdresser”.

Barry Fletcher, the 52-year-old owner of The Hair Palace Salon in Mitchellville, Md. said “I’m going to be doing her hair”…Confidant huh! “This would pretty much validate all of my hard work and effort to get to a level where I could handle a powerful queen like the First Lady,” added Fletcher, who sent Michelle Obama a 17-minute DVD about himself.

Well Fletcher has some competition! Hairdresser Keith Harley of Keith Harley Hair & Scalp Clinic in Arlington, Va. uploaded his resume to President-elect Barack Obama’s Web site a month ago.”It would be the highlight of my career. It would be an honor,” said 39-year-old Harley, who styles Black Entertainment Television chief executive Debra Lee. (more…)

Dang! Things ain’t lookin’ to good for Chingy! The St. Louis rapper supposedly was dropped from DTP (Disturbing Tha Peace)/Def Jam Records! I heard the rumor awhile ago, but it became official when Chingy’s name was no longer listed on Def Jam’s Official website.

As you may recall, Chingy left DTP in 2004 after he claimed his money was a lil funny and was being mismanaged. Then he released two album entitled “Powerballin” and “Hoodstar” under Capitol Records and both album went double PLASTIC!

Chingy wanted to revive his career, and knew he need Ludacris and the DTP family to make that happen. So in 2007 he released Hate It or Love It and it still suffered low sales.
Ummm…should Chingy give up his rap career…Is it a rap for Chingy?

Alicia Keys was spotted poolside in her cute lil bikini while on vacation in Australia. Alicia Keys was in Australia performing at a concert this past Saturday. She managed to fit in some time to take in some sun and spend some quality time with her mom. Keys looks great! Go ahead girl!

Our President-elect Barack Obama is enjoying his vacation with his family in Honolulu Hawaii before he takes office on January 20th. He was spotted taking in the sun at the beach (lookin’ very handsome). The Obama family is spending their 12 night vacation on Oahu. The property is on a small peninsula, with the Pacific Ocean on one side and a narrow canal on the other. The property is absolutely breathtaking, I saw it last night on Inside Edition or one of them evening shows. (more…)

If you like than you shoulda put a fake ring on it? Hmmmm…As you know Jay-Z proposed to Beyonce with an 18-carat flawless diamond rock which is worth an estimated $5 Million! Because the ring is worth so much, he also gave her an imitation version of that ring which is worth only $5,000 so she can wear in the public eye and during on stage performances. A source tells the media that “Even though Beyonce’s real engagement ring is insured, she doesn’t always feel comfortable wearing such a valuable stone.”

So many rumors are being spread about the state of Michael Jackson’s health. Reality is, he does look a bit scary in his recent pics, but we’ve never got confirmation that he was deathly ill. His spokesperson says Mijac is just fine! The UK Sun caused a stir by saying “He (Mijac) needs a lung transplant, but may be too weak to go through with it. He also has emphysema and chronic gastrointestinal bleeding, which his doctors have had a lot of trouble stopping. It’s the bleeding that’s the most problematic part. It could kill him.” The Insider posted a pic of Mike being pushed in wheelchair after browsing through children’s books in Barnes & Nobles in Vegas. Mike Lopez, the photographer who took the pics said Mijac looked “really frail”. Well, despite all the rumors, Michael Jackson’s spokesperson said that he is in “fine health”.  (more…)

I really need to dead this story and I will since Jermaine Dupri cleared the air (once again). I previously reported that Life & Style magazine recently featured Janet Jackson’s photo with the headline “Yes, I’m Pregnant” on it. Well Dupri has took it upon himself, using his OWN Blog to clear the rumors that his girlfriend is NOT with child.

Dupri wrote: “To all the Janet fans, As you all know Janet is a very private person. The only reason you see her, as much as you do on my YouTube vlog, is because of me lol. But I hear ya’ll and your questions. So hear [sic] you have it… No she is not pregnant and yes we’re still together.” “It baffles me how ya’ll let these blog and magazines control your lifes [sic]. That’s why I created global14.com so when ever hear s— about me you…can come right here and get the truth,” he added.

Welllll…you heard it from the midgets mouth! No she is not preggers! This rumor will be put to rest until I see Janet with a pop belly and in labor!
