I knew it!!!! November 6, I reported that T-Boz was selling her Houston home along with everything in it per a Craigslist entry and her home being on Real Estate website. Then I got an email from someone who said the home wasn’t owned by T-Boz…so I immediately cleared up the rumor…Now, TMZ has gotten the official document that T-Boz’s Georgia home is being foreclosed for failing to pay mortgage payments. Her five-bedroom, nearly 10,000-sq. ft. house owned by T-Boz (real name: Tionne Watkins-Rolison) is about to go on the auction block in January 2009. According to public records, she’s defaulted on the original principal of her mortgage (around $530K), therefore the state is taking it.

I truly believe that she was selling things from her Houston home to make ends meet with the other properties she owns. I knew there was some reasoning behind this…I just don’t report BS!!!! Anywho, Its sad, I hope things work out for T! Love her!
