“Celebrity Gossip and Entertainment industry news”

We all anticipated yesterday. The day our President Barack Obama took an oath and is now our 44th President of the United States. I’m sure you were all overwhelmed with joy as I was.
Some of you even anticipated what the First Lady Michelle Obama chose as her inaugural ballgown. I thought it was absolutely beautiful, but some fashion critiques beg to differ. The First Lady chose up and coming designer Jason Wu, a 26 year old designer who was born in Taipei. He has been designing for just a few years and only recently got picked up by major stores like Nordstrom.
One of the many emotional moments of yesterday was watching our President and First Lady during their first dance as they danced to Etta James “At Last” sung by pop star Beyonce. There was not a dry eye in the room. Check out the recap:

YES LORD, AT LAST WE HAVE A PRESIDENT WE CAN LOOK UP TO~! Once I stopped crying, I realized I am so proud to be an AMERICAN (AFRICAN-AMERICAN) !!!
I’m still crying… I am so proud of this family. I heard Beyonce saying in an interview after her performance that Barack made her want to be a smarter person. And I agree with her as both he and Michelle just make me want to be a better all around person. It’s a good feeling. I truly believe it is the changes we each make in our own lives that will help our country be a better place. The better we do the better President Obama can lead us. All I can say is reach for your dreams. in doing that you will be doing something positive.
I am absolutely loving our Distinguished President and Our First Lady. Yesterday was a proud moment and the days to come will be hard but it starts with us.
Michelle’s dress was beautiful~
I am speechless. I feel proud. I am in love with the first couple! they are truly role models that our kids can look up to, rather than hip hop artists and athletes. They deter from bling but rather with class and eloquence. Finally, two educated, black people who make it even easier to keep one’s head up and keep along that path of success with will and determination! hello?! I am completely moved beyond words ( even though I sad enough! lol).
Guess what ya’ll? MY PRESIDENT IS BLACK! Yes! AT LAST!
Priceless!!!
