DESHAWN SNOW KICKED OFF REALHOUSEWIVES OF ATL AND TAMEKA FOSTER REPLACES HER!

Poor thang…Deshawn Snow of Real Housewives of Atlanta got booted off the show. She was just too boring for the show! LOL! Bravo gave Snow the news on Monday siting that she was just “too human for a circus show”. And get this, they might replace her with Usher’s wife, Tameka Foster! Thats what we hear in the rumormill! LOL! In an x-clusive interview with Essence.com, Deshawn Snow talks about how shocked and hurt she was after getting the ex. Read up!
ESSENCE.COM: We hear that you are no longer returning to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Is that true?
DESHAWN SHOW: Yes, one of the producers called me yesterday and said that they wouldn’t take my option.
ESSENCE.COM: What reason did they give for not inviting you back for the second season?
SNOW: [One of the producers] called and said that I was “too human for a circus show” and that because the show did so well, they are about to pump up the drama and they didn’t think that I would fit in. He gave me an example, saying that during the reunion when I found out what a few of the other ladies said about me, they were expecting me to say more, but I’m not the type to go “television” and start acting crazy because somebody’s talking about me. I’m fine with the decision. It wasn’t my decision. They let me go and there are no hard feelings. I am thankful for the opportunity.
ESSENCE.COM: So were you at all shocked by the decision?
SNOW: I didn’t see it coming. I was shocked because I just talked to them in December about the new season. It’s not like they came to me and gave me an option by saying, “We’re going to take a new direction and we want to know if you could be more like this.” I was a little hurt, but I just look at it like I am what I am. [My personality] didn’t seem to be a problem before, but I suppose the show took a different direction and they no longer see me as the right fit. If you look at all the other housewives, they are all different. I believe God moves people out of your way. It’s about God having his hand upon you and doing things for you. I’m not judging my situation. I look at the show as just a shutter-glimpse of what God has in store for me. I enjoyed being on the show and hanging with the girls. At the end of the day, I was the same person throughout the show. I never changed. I was authentic and true to myself and I can’t control what other people do.
ESSENCE.COM: There are rumors that Tameka Foster might replace you. Is that true?
SNOW: Yes, I heard that, but I don’t know. I wouldn’t say that they are replacing me because they didn’t think I was real enough or too real enough for the show, so I doubt they are going to bring in someone who has a similar personality as mine.
ESSENCE.COM: What can we expect from you in the near future?
SNOW: I’m still in school. I have a lot of opportunities and I’m thankful for all the fans. I’m writing a pre-teens and teenagers book series, which is faith-based and inspired by my life. I also have the college fair coming up again in March for the foundation and our second annual fundraising dinner in May; and of course, our annual summer camp. In terms of speaking engagements, I have a few lined up during the inauguration and I’ll be receiving the AGAPE award along with Juanita Bynum.
ESSENCE.COM: We love that you are keeping it moving. Any parting words to your fans?
SNOW: I’m thankful for my fans that’ve sent me a lot of e-mails saying that I inspire and encourage them. I’m also a monthly columnist for Streamingthefaith.com. Again, I just want to stress that there are no hard feelings about me not returning to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Please join my Web site and know that you haven’t seen the last of me. I wish the girls much success. Our show had the highest ratings, and I can always say I was a part of its success.

HOney, she was like Kim’s wig..always around but didn’t contribute anything good to the scene…LOL
I will miss Deshawn, she was boring but I liked her. I think she was a good fit for the show, everybody can’t have an attention grabbing personality like NeNe (my favorite) you have to have a balance and she was the drama-free one. I think that Deshawn and Eric have a genuine relationship. I wish her the best
I am curious to see what flavor Mrs. Raymond will bring to the mix, especially with Sheree Whitfield aka “No Seven figures” that should be very interesting. What will happen with the friendship between Shree and Kim now that someone with real money and better connections is on the show.

I’m personally glad DeShawn is gone. I hated watching her attempt to act like a rich woman. Yes she is rich but clearly new to money. I just think back to her interviewing folks for the house staff. Her questions were like dah I don’t know what to ask but I’m rich so I’m sure I need to hire you to run my estate, don’t I. Just silly. And that whole charity event trying to raise 1mill in one night without even charging an entry fee. I just think she was too naive and just didn’t look smart trying to spend money like that. She looked real ignorant. It’s really strange because if you’re not “from money” I guess you are learning how to deal with it but I don’t think we need to see it like she portrayed it. I can just imagine the really rich old money folks looking at her thinking LAWD HELP HER she has no clue. Even she had to thank her husband for letting her make so many financial mistakes. Its new money folks like this that usually go broke fast. I don’t think she will face that but I am glad we won’t have to see her going through the “I am rich and stupid motions”. She also made a comment about Sherees birthday party when NeNe couldn’t get in – something like “see this is why you need a staff if you had a staff this wouldn’t happen, my people would not have done that” blah blah blah.. Well, Deshawen apparently doesn’t even know how to hire a staff so what kind of a comment is that? It’s the kind of comment you make when you think your millions could do it better than someone else’s. Just silly.

Are you people crazy? What this show is looking for is ignorant balck women with money to show America that we are stupid. They don’t want to see a black person who lacks drama. They want to see the rolling of the neck and whatever else goes along with ghetto fab. Ne Ne is the star of the show because she is what they see black women to be. Yes the OC Housewives are rich with plenty drama. That darn Gretchen is about to sleep with a 23 year old boy because her husband to be is dying of cancer and she can’t handle her liquor. I read that he has actually died now. And let’s not even talk about that darn Vickee – she has issues from way back that her mother can see she has changed from one crazy trailer tramp to a rich and even crazier adult. The show is packed with drama.. LUVS IT! I don’t however luv the NY Housewives. BORING!
