Is this a quick scheme to make money off of this historic moment? Who knows! But Ty Inc. (creators of Beanie Babies) announced that they will be coming out with their latest dolls named “Sweet Sasha” and “Marvelous Malia”. The daughters of President Barack Obama are the inspiration for the latest in the TyGirlz Collection. So we thought…but after the Senior Vice President of sales was questioned as to if they sought permission from the President and First Lady, Ty executes said that the dolls were NOT even based on the images of the Obama girls. Ummm YEAH RIGHT?

We hear that the dolls will debut this month in stores around the country.
