There are so many rumors going around about the Chrianna situation, and I wouldn’t believe any one of them. The only two people who know what happened is Chris Brown and Rihanna…but I wish they would share the details! Jeez! Well, R&B singer, Keisha Chante, who is reportedly playing the late Aaliyah in a future biopic, got caught up in one of the rumors which stated that Chante texted Chris Brown that subject night and Rihanna got extremely furious over it which led to the physical altercation between the two.

Well, Chante’s manager has confirmed that the rumor is untrue. “This is another unsubstantiated, untrue report; she was nowhere near the incident in any way,” Mona Scott tells Us. “She was nowhere near Rihanna or Chris Brown. She had nothing to do with any of that.”

Chante is very upset over the rumors. Her manager insists that she hardly even knows Chris Brown. “She’s not even dating Chris! I think they met a few years back, probably three or four years ago in Canada,” her manager goes on. “But that’s it. It’s crazy — there’s been a continuous kind of reporting of them linked together, and this has been the worst of it all. But, no — she had absolutely nothing to do with them or any of that.”

Scott also denies that Chante is playing Aaliyah, who died in a 2001 plane crash, in the movie adaptation — although she does call it a “great opportunity.”
