Damon Dash had a unpleasant suprise waiting for him. His wife of four years, Rachel Roy, served him with divorce papers. According to court documents, the divorce is for “nonmonetary relief” and should be resolved by February. Meaning she knows she won’t get any money, and just wants to be RELIEVED from of his broke ass! LOL. Poor Dame!

The divorce will just add on to his latest legal mess which consist of massive debt, bad business deals and one suit after another. According to NY Daily News, Dash, who in 2005 sold his stake in Rocawear to Jay-Z for $20 million, owes $2 million in state taxes, and a bank has started foreclosure proceedings on his two Tribeca condos. A Manhattan judge even ordered the city to seize his luxury Chevrolet Tahoe SUV last year when he couldn’t make the $714.99 monthly payment. He’s also being sued by law firms and landlords for not paying his bills.

Erykah Badu had an interesting weekend. The eccentric R&B star apparently had a stalker sitting in the front of her house which caused her to be late for her gig at SXSW (South by Southwest concert). The female stalker who has stopped by Badu’s crib three times prior to this incident, brought several miscellaneous items and spread them out on her grass. The items included blue shutters, a rabbit, a tucan and sketch book. WTF? Police were called to the scene and they had to pepper spray and place the uncooperative woman under arrest.

UH OH! Rapper, Method Man, got a visit from the REPO man recently. His 2008 Lincoln Navigator was reportedly repossessed last week. Method failed to pay $52,503 in personal income taxes which resulted in his vehicle being taken by officials on Wednesday, March 18, at 6 a.m. from his Staten Island home. Shame!

DoSomething.org, a teen organization, has taken the L.A. affidavit that claims Chris Brown beat his girlfriend Rihanna and they have made it into a Public Service Announcement (PSA) two minute screenplay. Check it out…

Tyler Perry just chose the queen of R&B, Mary J. Blige, to co-star in his next film, “I Can Do Bad All By Myself,” which will hit the big screen on Sept. 11. Blige will be joined by cast member Taraji P. Henson. MJB will play a nightclub manager and singer who is good friends with Henson’s character. I can’t wait for this to come out! The movie is actually being shot now at TP’s Atlanta Studios. We hear “Madea” will be making an appearance in the movie. Lawd No! This will be Blige’s third acting stint. She was a guest on HBO’s hit show, Entourage. Her last big-screen appearance was in the 2001 drama “Prison Song.”
