JAMIE FOXX APOLOGIZES TO MILEY CYRUS!

I thing I don’t like is when people retract their statements! Jamie Foxx has apologized to Miley Cyrus for dissing her on his radio show earlier this week. Foxx was criticized for his remaks made about the teen pop idol. He felt bad for the controversy he caused and made a public apology to Cyrus during his appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” yesterday.
“I so apologize to [Cyrus], and this is sincere,” the actor-singer was quoted as saying. He furthermore explained, “I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don’t mean any of it. And sometimes, as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far.” He continued stating… ”I have a radio show … We’re really the black Howard Stern. We go at everybody. There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn’t mean it maliciously. You know I’m a comedian. You know my heart.”
Towards the end of Foxx’s interview, he concluded with this, “Miley, I apologize, so I’ll call you. I got a daughter too, so I completely understand.”

URGHHHHHHHhhh…I hate it when they apologize to! Mean what you say & say what you mean, even if its all in fun.
He could’ve said, I’m a comdeian & we make fun of ppl, whether you think its funny or not…I DO~!
Or did Big Bad Billly Ray call & demand an apoloy.?
I am sure that her “daddy” had something to do with that. I wouldn’t have apologized…Bottom Line!!!

Before any1 decides to curse me out for my comment – plz remember that this is just my opinion… HELLO!
I luv Jamie Foxx and I can respect his comedic game. But he should have never said that about Miley. She is a minor. Albeit and minor that is dating a 20year old man – but still a minor. And I don’t want to bring race into the mix but let’s be clear – you simply cannot have a black man, comedian or otherwise making these types comments about a young white girl that white tween Americans love. Correction – not just whites luv her; so do blacks. My 11 year god daughter Luvs her also. And Jamie has a teenage daughter as well and can you imagine how he would react if say Bill Moyer – a funny white comedian made such comments about his daughter? You and I both know Al Shaprton would be all over that like stink on shit calling for his head on a platter. Let’s keep it simple; we should have a limit on how far we go when joking about kids of any age or race. Jamie is an Oscar winning actor and comedian that have crossed over into main stream America because of his raw talent. This I believe has dropped him a few notches from his pedestal. That makes me sad for him because I know he was joking but some people won’t care. Look at his latest music video and look at the clout he has in the video… Ron Howard, Jake Gyllenhaal, Samuel L Jackson and many others. If this comment had been made before his video – Id bet money on it that these people would have nothing to do with being shown in a video by someone capable of making such comments about a white minor female. He has lost some clout because of this. I’m just sayn!

Very well put CeeCee I totally agree with you, even though we have a black President, things change, but still remain the same, we still have a to know our place, regardless of how money, fame, or social status at the end of the day it still boils down to a black man calling a teenage white girl names. This is going really hurt status.
All ya’ll red necks need to shut the fuck up I did not like what Jamie Fox said but it doesn’t have anything to do with race so stop talking about race wake up people stop being racist God is coming soon and he is not coming for the whites are the blacks he is coming for all of us just like he died for all of us sins so if he said something about Raven symone it would have been fine. Talking about oh! he should not said that about a white minor girl why mention the white part and saying you love Jamie Fox when you have those racism comments it’s best too go and talk about them at the red necks Restrooms Thank you!
