Foxx, who won an award for his portrayal of soul legend Ray Charles in the flick ‘Ray’, admitted that he would love to portray Mike in a flick. This is probably inspired by the new documentary “Tyson” that premiered last month. The documentary was produced by Ex MTV VJ & Charm School Host La La Vazquez ’s production company KROSSOVER (which she runs with her fiance, Carmelo Anthony).

Halle Berry enjoyed a wonderful day of shopping with her daughter Nahla Aubry this past weekend @ Century Mall, but was being followed by paparazzi as usual. As Halle Berry tried to leave a restaurant after having lunch, she was attacked by a swarm of paps who got to close to Nahla. Berry lost it! She exchanged some well deserved harsh words before she called the cops.

Its so tough to try to live a normal life if you are a celeb…but I guess it comes with the territory.

Nelly may have not been on the “scene” lately, but he is definitely “behind the scenes” adding on to his business portfolio. The rapper has collaborated with Romane Fragrances to launch his own Apple Bottoms fragrance and body care line. The Apple Bottom by Nelly Fragrance is due in stores this fall.

Congrats to Lebron James who was crowned NBA’s 08-09 MVP! Lebron, who is just 24, was an elite defender this season. James claimed the league MVP, receiving the award in the gym where he first became a star. Surrounded by friends and family on the grounds of his alma mater, St. Vincent-St.Mary High School, James says this is one of the biggest days of his life.

“I’m 24 years old and I’m receiving this award, I never thought it would happen this fast,” he said, standing under three state title banners he helped win for the Fighting Irish. “I never dreamed about being MVP, but if I said I didn’t enjoy this award I’d be lying. Hard work pays off and dreams do come true.”
