   I was upset wit Drake just sittin the whole performance…but I 4got he tore his acl, i like his performance by hiself tho…monica out did keyshia cole…maxwell, i’m just happy he’s back…Jay hasn’t lost a step…nd Keri brings such high NRG 2 the stage…RIP MICHAEL…New Edition really lost their voices wow but it was for Michael

   I agree with Miss Xpose about Keisha’s performance. She really isn’t a good live performer. But, I thought she did better than times past. I loved Monica, glad to see her back. I’m glad to hear Drake had an injury cuz they really hyped his *ss up. I really liked the Ojay tribute, they were jammin, didn’t realize they made all those songs.

   The Tribute to the OJay’s was on point. I was a bit skeptical about Trey Songz but he did it– with his cute self!

   you would have thought that “TRUST” was Monica song and KC was just backing her up…Monica vocal were way better…and KC outfit and hair was a hot mess also

   I enjoyed many of the performance last night.
   Best performance of the night for me was Jamie Foxx, Tpain and Travis Barker. HAWTTTT!
   Maxwell was also HAWT!
   NeYo – singing MJ Solo was HAWT!
   Tyrese doing the Ojays was Hawt.
   JayZ was HAWT!
   Monica heavily out shined Keisha Cole and Jamie Foxx kinda alluded to that fact on the after show too! I luv Keisha but…How bout Keisha was wearing her Michael Jackson hair style – was I the only that noticed that? LOL
   I am not at all a fan of Keri Hilson but I thought her MJ portion of her performance was pretty good.
   Beyonce was officially Beawful
   LaToya did pretty well on the pre show

   so i’m convinced now that the rumors are true that matthew knowles ordered BET to not let Letoya luckett perform at the “actual” award ceremony. poor thang had to perform at the “pre show” in the heat! sad!
   Luckett’s vocals weren’t good though…i must admit.

    Okay….if anyone watched the preshow……Jeremih shut it down. He is so talented.

    Big stage:
    Off top and by far the Ojays tribute as well as their performance. It was great.
    Maxwell………well let’s just say I wish someone would sing to me like that. He was so classic.
    Jamie Fox and Neyo were good as well. I enjoyed them.
    Monica was great….it would have been nice if Keyshia would have showed up though.
    The old school performances was just what I needed.

    Those that could have stayed at home or in the audience as spectators include:

    Beyonce and her wedding dress outfit
    Jay Z and his DOA ensemble……

    ne – yo & jamie did their thing at the very end , brought tears to my eyes , i aint shed them though .

    - maxwell , i loveddd & love * him !

    keyshia was terrible , that was the MONICA show , loved her .

    keri hilson needed to S T O P singing after the music went off , i thought she was terrible , but i loved the performance WITH the music .

    beyonce & jay-z shoulda stayed home ; jay – z is gone mess around and get his behind shot talking ishh about all them people .

    Monica shut that shit down! I also could tell out of respect for her Keyshia she held back. Keyshia should have brought it better than that. Her out fit was cute but she could have wore that to the gun range. Monica came with the total the package.

    Maxwell, O’Jays, NeYo and Jamie were all hot. Jay-z was hot also. I’m not feeling some of these young rappers. The music doesn’t have real substance, I’m sorry.

    Jamie Foxx did a great job at hosting and performing. Maxwell was GREAT!!!! Beyonce should have performed “Ego” or “Halo”; a little more up beat and she was up there FOREVER!!! I have never wanted her to get off the stage more than that nite!!! And I am a big fan of hers, but that mess was WACK!!! Jay-z was straight.

    Keri Hilson was on some other mess; was she suppose to pay tribute to MJ or Elvis??? She was hitting them dance moves like lil Forest Gump!!

    Lil Wayne needs to stop bringing all those kids with him and they had no business up there dancing to those songs-they are not “kid friendly”!!! WHAT WAS HE THINKING!!!

    Ciara should have did her own song and did a dance tribute at the end.

    As a matter of fact, BET if you need some help planning the show next year hit me up and I will help you out!!!

    Celebs get it together please!!!! LOL

    Keri Hilson’s performance was horrible, I personally think that smurfette and Miss Piggy could have done a better job!!! What the Hell was doing??? Was that supposed to be dancing? To me she is just like the two other singers that need to stay behind the scenes, Ciara and Ashanti.

    God knows I love Beyonce, but what the heck was she wearing? Beautiful song but the rest……….

    Monica was off the chain, Jamie is right she does need to release another CD without Keyisha Cole

    Little Wayne, just an embarrassment, when does a star get big that they feel they can be disrespectful and do whatever they want to do. This was a tribute to Michael Jackson and he was sooooooo disrespectful in his performance. I am just sad and have a different outlook on Wayne.

    Jamie was good and I loved the performance with Ne-Yo

    beyonce’s performance was great even thought keri stole da award.The o’jays did their ting,ciara was ok although it was not her best,keyshia was awful,neyo,fabulous & jamie was gud.BET U ROCK this year especially wit jamie hosting u should definitly give him da job 4 it every year.

    I thought that they all did OK especially since they only had a couple of days to prepare. Remember, this wasnt going to be a M.J. Tribute. It was jsut suppose to be the BET Awards. But due to unforscene circumstances (RIP Mike) they had to change the show. The only thing I want to say is Beyonce, (Shasha) or whoever you call yourself, you shuld have flown off the stage somewhere in that dress. Why would you have a Body Suit (bathing suit) on and you are giving tribute to someone who passed away. You song SUCK, your dress SUCK and you SUCK. OVERKILL!!!
