A long time friend of Jennifer Hudson has confirmed that the singer/actress is indeed seven months preggers with fiance David Otunga. I told you about the rumors going around and the April report from Essence.com confirming her pregnancy, but it was never confirmed by Hudson’s camp. In the recent pic above she does indeed look pregnant! According to the star’s pal Felicia Fields, she tells the Chicago Tribune that Jennifer celebrated the baby’s arrival with at a relative’s home in her native Chicago, Illinois on Saturday, May 30.

“It was a baby shower, a quiet gathering of friends and mostly family. They’re really trying to keep it kind of quiet. It was a nice time that we had,” Felicia told The Tribune on Sunday.

Jennifer and David want to keep the sex of the baby secret. “They don’t know (the gender)”, Fields says.
