   I think that bitch is off her rockets for even conjuring up some bullshit like that..Laila is not the baby daddy and her inheritance money is her’s..not her husbands baby mama. I think its horrible what this bitch is trying to do to Laila and if i was Laila..please believe I would catch that bitch slippin and get in that ass!!

   WTF???????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IS THAT BITCH CRAZY?!!!!!!!!!!!! What the hell is her problem? In that case Laila need to fight for custody of the damn children, So she don’t have to pay child support. There past stank relationship is not Laila’s problem. If I was Laila I would catch that bitch off guard and give her one of those punches she throws when she is in the ring.

   Its so sad to see but its allowable under the law. Many married couples state that the wife’s income has to be considered as well (esp. if there is a joint checking account involved). If the husband doesn’t have money & the wife’s pays all the bills – she’s considered HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD~!

   But let’s explore this growm ex-baller not having any income of his own? WTH is that about?? I’m a strong believer in WHAT’S HIS IS MINE BUT WHAT’S MINE IS MINE!!!!

   Yeah, she’s crazy! She can hang it up. Being a “baby mama” and also having been married to a man with children, I can confirm that this is not gonna fly. You cannot take a new spouse’s income into consideration for child support modifications. It is strictly based on the absentee parent’s income.

   My ex-husband’s first wife quickly found this out when she applied for an increase after he and I got married. His financial situation had changed since their support order had gone into effect and although he continued to pay the support amount first ordered, the judge reduced it by almost $200 per month based on new information. She should have just left well enough alone. She was getting almost $600/mth for one child and the judge took it down to just over $400/mth.

   She was mad because she saw that I was a stay-at home mom, we lived in a nice house, and my kids plus the child that he and I had just had dressed nice, went places, etc. What she didn’t know is that I have an aunt who doesn’t have kids and an older cousin who loves to spoil my kids rotten! In addition, I had things before I met him and I had a home-based business as well as my own child support receipts that I was receiving from my other kids’ father. All she could see was that I went from working full-time to being a SAHM and having him marry me, move into my home and pay all of our bills. She figured that he was taking care of me and mine so she wanted more. Yes, he was taking care of us and did a darn good job at it, but I had my own thing going too to help him out. He worked a 2nd job so that he could do all of that PLUS keep up his current support. When the judge reduced it, all that did was free him up from having to work the 2nd job, thus giving us and her son more of his time.

   I know this was long and probably TMI, but what Laila’s ex’s ex needs to know is that you don’t know what the new mate has or had going on before hand. She needs to just stop being greedy before it bites her in the butt!!!

   I know Curtis we go way back like “Lemon heads” and “Boston baked beans”. Trust me he is not broke, its the oldest trick in the book. He’s just trying to pay as little as possible. I did some business with them not to long ago.

   Sassybear what’s yours is his also.

   I know Laila can put more than 14,000 a month in their checking account…THAT’S CHUMP CHANGE!!! But good move.

   But unfortunately the ex might get a little more as a result of the 14g’s being deposited….again chump change.

   Oh, I forgot to mention that the only way she’d get any extra is if he owed back support and they filed a joint return. I do know that when it comes to back child support the IRS doesn’t care how much was the wife’s. If he owes and they’re getting a refund ALL of it will be snatched up. If that happened, Laila would have to contact the IRS and they’d do some kind of calculation to determine what amount could be considered his income and then apply that portion of the refund to the back pay. If it turns out the ex got more than she was supposed to she would then have a tax liability that she could make payments on to the IRS or it would just come out of her next refund

   I suggest she divorce his ass fast quick and in a hurry… They can still be “together” but this ex wife is clearly trying to take major advantage of the money that her ex husband doesn’t have. That’s a load of horse manure! MO is not one of the states that included the wifes income so maybe they should consider relocating here.. Just a thought!

    I don’t know about Arizona family court laws, but in SC, the only income that is taken into consideration is the biological parent. Any additional household income is not even considered.

    HOLD ON! Wait a minute!!! How in the hell does the Ex know how much is their bank account??? Haven’t Laila and Curtis been married for a minute now? Another case of Baby mama trying to live off her child support. I agree with Ms. Aint no way. I was kinda in a situation like hers. My baby Daddy (BD) was living with me and was paying non-court ordered child support for his other 2 children. As soon as we had a baby and they seen all the nice things my son has one asked for more money and the other filed for child support. Now keep in mind I work over 45 hrs a week and my own bills (we not together) and get my son nothing but the best. They think he is giving me all this money and I get less then the both of them. Long story short court is ordering him to pay less then what he was giving without an order and he owes no back child support because he was contributing regularly. Judge asked why she even came to the courts when she was already receiving good money. This could back fire on the Ex. I guess it all depends on the judge. We’ll see how this pays out.
