As you know Madonna has been relentless on trying to adopt a four year old orphan from Malawi. The singer’s initial attempt was rejected in March due to the fact that she did not live in Malawi for a minimum of 18 months as the country requires by law. The rule was ignored when Madonna adopted David Banda from the country in 2008. Therefore, two appeal judges have submitted court documents to grant Madonna custody. The official ruling is set to be announced in court in the east African nation’s capital Lilongwe on Sunday. Sources say that Madonna is thrilled about the adoption approval and can’t wait to bring the four year old child, Mercy James, home.
