Rapper Chris “Ludacris” Bridges @LUDAJUiCE has launched a new cognac from Birkedal Hartmann that will specifically be targeted to the “hip urban market”. Luda is following the footsteps of rap moguls such as Sean Combs, Jay-Z, and Dr. Dre. He unveiled his plans to launch “CONJURE”, a custome line of Cognac, at the wine and spirits trade show Vinexpo, which was held in Bordeaux, France. The ATL rapper/actor says he wants to be involved in every step of the alcohol-making process and has already been on a brandy-tasting trip to sample the different varieties available. (more…)

Ne-Yo @neyocompound  seems to be very a opinionated gentlemen! As we discussed a while back, Ne-Yo commented about light skinned babies being cuter than dark skinned ones, but this time around Ne-Yo gives his opinion on “weight”. Ne-Yo told an inspiring “big boned” singer that she would need to lose weight if she is trying to stand next to Beyonce. He even makes a comment about Beyonce being “thick”. We here that boxer, Evander Holyfield’s HUGE MANSION is under foreclosure. A notice published last week in the Fayette Daily News revealed the former heavyweight boxing champion is in danger of losing his 109-room Fairburn mansion(see pic above). The lien holder is demanding full repayment of the original $10 million loan, with an auction scheduled for July 7 on the Fayette County Courthouse steps. My question is, who the HECK needs a 109-room home? Real talk! According to AJC.com The 46-year-old Holyfield also has a second Fayette property, at 592 and 596 West Bridge Road, under foreclosure, with an original loan amount of $216,000. (more…)

Tameka Foster Raymond’s best friend Nyiesha DeWitt decided to speak with ESSENCE.com about the recent rumors relative to Tameka and Usher’s divorce. Nyiesha, an educator and doctoral candidate who has been friends with Tameka for 20 plus years, says that she is really fed up with the blogs and media painting an ugly picture of her BFF. Wow we hear that cute couple Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have called it quits. Minnillo’s Reps confirmed the rumor saying  “They have amicably split but remain good friends who still greatly care for one another”. Just recently, Minnillo told PEOPLE that the two were “very much still on”, but I guess she was hiding the real deal. Sources close to the two say, Minnillo, 28, and Lachey, 35, are “still friends. Last night I was browsing thru channels on TV and I came across the new show called “The Superstars”. Have you seen it? Well NFL star, Terell Owens is on the show and he really pissed one of his teammates off. The reality shows seems to be a competitive sports-themed series starring athlete/celebrity duos. During the show’s six-week run, eight athlete/celebrity duos will compete weekly in such events as swimming, biking, running and kayaking. One team will be eliminated each week, leading up to the finals. In the unedited clip below you will see T.O.’s celebrity partner, Maxim model Joanna Krupa, cuss him out! LOL!
