Despite the final hearing relative to Chris Brown and Rihanna last week wherein the Judge ordered the couple to stay away from eachother, sources very close to the former couple say that both RiRi and Brown believe the clause in the plea deal is pointless and impractical. “They think it’s unnecessary and ridiculous,” the New York Daily News quotes of “a mutual pal” regarding the protection order handed down last week.
“After [the proceeding], Ri and Chris talked on the phone for almost an hour and really worked at becoming friends. They’re solid now,” said the mutual friend. The friend says that they aren’t looking to get back together, but they would love to repair their friendship. “That’s 100% done,” says the pal. “They aren’t looking to hook back up again. They’re both moving on and going their separate ways.”
