Billy Clark’s Birthday Celebration went down in Hollywood this past weekend. The Dream and his lady, Christina Milian were there and Milian wanted to show off her engagement ring. WOMP WOMP! LOL!
I must admit, I like her skunk hair better than the all blonde. The platinum blonde washed her out.
Congrats to the couple (i guess).
