   I think she said it with political correctness; no disrespect was intended in my opinion. But yes she is clearly saying we don’t need special time/place/plaque to recognize MJ… And I agree that we don’t. I think as fans we can recognize him every day as we choose to. But my thought process is that way for many things such as – I don’t think we need a month to celebrate black history. We as blacks should celebrate our accomplishments everyday and not only when the “calendar” says it’s our time.

   I think he does need to be recognized on a yearly basis…not as the great artist that he was but as the great HUMANITARIAN that he is!! Most of us, have no clue how MJ has touched this world….

   And far as BLACK HISTORY MONTH…we do need to recognize the great accomplishments of soooooo many black people that are STILL NOT talk about in any classroom. (ie..vast inventions that we didn’t receive credit for..endless list); its not to celebrate the here & now but to honor those that cam before our great-grandparents…!!!!

   First and Foremost Michael Jackson has so many awards and titles that deem him the Greatest as well as a Charity Contributer . The Faulty Political System. They can keep there Honor System. When has the Senate really had the interest Of Black People. Especially Acknowledging Black Powerful Men and Women. Michael jackson did the unthinkable in the Music Industry. There will never be another talented Black Man like Michael Jackson he was Chosen and One of a Kind. The Jackson Family has so much to deal with may they make it through and hold there heads Up High Heather B.
