Flo Rida and Kelly Rowland have been chosen to perform at the 2009 Miss Universe Competition, to be held Aug. 23 and broadcast live from Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas at 9 p.m. ET on NBC and Telemundo. Claudia Jordan of “Celebrity Apprentice” and “Deal or No Deal” will host the competition with “Access Hollywood” co-anchor Billy Bush.

Heidi Montag and David Guetta are also scheduled to perform. YES Heidi! Flo Rida will perform his hit singles “Right Round” and “Jump” during the Swimsuit Competition, while Guetta and Rowland will perform “When Love Takes Over” for the Evening Gown portion of the pageant.

In related news, I was watching Wendy Williams the other night and Vivica Fox was her guest. So Viv says that she wants to buy a house in Miami because she loves it out there, etc. Wendy took the advantage of asking her if she was dating FLO RIDA because there were rumors going around that the two were spotted together in Miami. Viv says NO, she met Flo Rida at a function and he invited her to the set of his video the next day. She said she learned not to date rappers (after the whole 50 Cent fiasco). LOL! Interesting.
